PRODUCTS ARE GENERALLY DELIVERED ALL OVER GREECE:

TRANSPORTATION BY COURIER COMPANY

Within 1-3 working days, from the date your order leaves us, with a courier company (General Post - ELTA courier - BOLT) unless you have been notified of any change, change or lack of the product you ordered, in which case we will notify you of the exact delivery date.

Shipping costs include VAT. (24%). Your shipping total is displayed before completing your order.

FREE SHIPPING FOR:

  • purchases of products from €60 and above and up to 5 kg real or volumetric weight , we provide you with FREE SHIPPING, directly to your place!

DELIVERY IN 24-48 HOURS FOR:

Valid for all of Athens. Not valid for weekends, holidays and areas outside of Athens. To see if we serve you, fill in your TK before completing your order and the system will automatically inform you. The transfer is done by BOLT courrier.

You are informed of the cost by our system in the step before completing your order.

    COLLECTION FROM OUR PHYSICAL STORE

    You can pick up your order for FREE from our store Monday to Friday 10-14:00. Our address is Eleftheriou Venizelou 95 in Nea Ionia (TK 14231) near Mother Statue.

    COLLECTION with WOLT.

    Prepayment is required and we will let you know if we serve your area. Please note that WOLT is only available on the days and hours of operation of our physical store.

    TRANSPORT FOR CYPRUS

    Orders for the Cyprus region should be prepaid via card (credit, debit, prepaid) or via bank deposit (EUROBANK, PIRAEUS, ALPHABANK banks) or via VIVAWALLET order after communication. The REFUND option DOES NOT APPLY TO SHIPMENTS TO CYPRUS.

    The shipping costs for Cyprus are as follows:

    • ELTA COURIER FPC (AIR) 0kg–3kg -> €21.32 EUR
    • ELTA COURIER FPC (SHIPPING) 0kg–3kg -> €18.10 EUR

    The delivery time for the Cyprus area ranges from 5 to 10 working days depending on the workload of the transport company.

    In case of exchange-return of the products from Cyprus, the cost of transport is borne by the customer.
